Is it possible for a guy to get a yeast infection in his mouth after oral?
Its kinda worrying me because I've never had a yeast infection before and have seen some of the symptoms... he says he has this sore in the back of his mouth for about two weeks and it hasn't gone away yet.. he's going to get checked out as well as I but.... just want to know if this is actually possible or could it be something more?-

I guess it's possible but a mouth yeast infection (called thrush) typically takes the form of getting a white coating all over your mouth and your throat getting really sore and your tongue hurting and getting sores all over your cheeks. So his one sore might be something else entirely.

QUESTION:
Why do I have a mouth yeast infection (Been juicing oranges, carrots)?
As I said above, I've been juicing lots of carrots & oranges & I know that those are sweet. Could that be it?Also, my ears get stopped up the instant I drink water (& stay that way for a couple of hours). That is what made me go to the dr & he said possibly yeast. I have no thrush symptoms, etc, but a couple of weeks ago some sores started to pop up in my mouth, went away & have done the same now 3 times. Food doesn't taste right & I notice a sort of "slickness" behind my front teeth.
I am at my wits end. The dr prescribed Nystantin, but I'd prefer to go natural & try baking soda. Is that ok? Like a tsp to 1/2 a glass water. Will that make you have a lot of stomach gas?

The foods that you have been eating probably have nothing to do with it (unless it is really old and is starting to go spoiled). More then likely it is if you smoke, take oral meds (steroids & antibiotics), are becoming pregnant, taking the pill (basiclly hormonal changes) or......you are eating yeast.

The reason you are probably stopped up is that the infection has affected your Eustachian tubes (tubes that drain your ear into your throat. Nasty? Yes...). You can to pop you ears (pinch your nose and blowslightly until they pop) unless it is too painful.
Baking soda can work. but drinking plenty of water & eating natural yogurt is easier and probably won't upset your stomach (don't know about the baking soda causing gas tho), but you should ask your Doc.

I had a yeast infection about a month ago and I got rid of it using AZO yeast and Monistat and Yogurt....Now I think I have one again and I think it came from my boyfriend....U see he performed oral sex on me while I was have yeast infection symptoms and now they are back again.....could the yeast symptoms come from his mouth...-

Men carry the yeast infection also ...they just dont know it sometimes like we do so you and him need to go to the doctor and get treatment.

The inside of my cheeks, the roof of my mouth and the tip of my tongue burns. There's no "cottage cheese" or white stuff to be seen. I already get occasional cold sores on my upper lip so I know it's not caused by oral herpes. What is it? My girl has occasional yeast infections. Could I have gotten it from her (even though I don't go down on her)? Very annoying and a little concerning!!!

There are four forms of oral yeast infection.
Moniliasis can be observed when a smooth creamy yellow or white coating is found on the oral surface and once wiped off will reveal a red underlying tissue.
Erythematous will be identified with red peeling patches which can be usually found on the palate or tongue.
Hyperplastic is where the extra tissue cannot be easily wiped off because of the staining due to certain foods or tobacco.
