   what are these tiny white dots on my penis?
   About 6 months ago, I went to my dermatologist because I had several large spots on my penis, one of which was on the head of my penis. I naturally thought it was herpes or some other kind of STD. She said that it wasn't an STD and diagnosed me with impetigo, which is often seen in younger children. She took a swab test and sent it to a lab...it came back and she was correct. It was a bacterial infection (impetigo). I used some topical ointment and in about a week everything went away. I believe I cought this from a girl I was dating at the time. I noticed these spots about a day after having sex with her. My dermatologist said she could have had a yeast infection or something like that....anyway.....moving on.

   about 2-3 months ago I started dating a new girl - who I consider my girlfriend and expect to be with for a very long time...around the same time we started having sex - i noticed a handful of very small dots on my penis shaft...almost like white heads...in no particular order...randomly spread about.... i thought nothing of these as they were very very small...move forward to present time...they've been here now for about 3 months, and i've noticed a few more - and i suppose they could be a little bigger...1mm maybe...they look like the could be white heads... i'm 25 years old by the way with a circumsized penis...they don't hurt or itch and they don't bother me at all...but i am always tempted to pick at them... i try my best not to. I'm going to the dermatologist again this monday to see what she thinks they are. any ideas from you all out there?

   I'm also going to ask for some STD testing... i have been sexually active since college - i've practiced safe sex maybe 50% of the time which i know is horrible...i also know that it's possible that i could have caught something from someone 6 years ago in college and it not show up til now....either way - i have about a dozen small white dots on the shaft of my penis, some towards the base and some that move closer to the head...again, they don't hurt or itch but are more of just an eye sore to me. Please give me some ideas here.

   I've done a bit of research - and it's always so easy to freak yourself out a bit - however every pictures of an STD seems to be pictures at the worst possible stages of the disease... it looks like it could be sebaceous prominence (glands) - but then again, i don't really know. i'm hoping it's not an HPV such as warts. although again, i don't believe it looks anything like that or have had anything close to those symptoms...

   Does It Seems Like She May Have Been?
   I was wondering about something, I have a 20-month-old daughter and I am not sure if she has been touched at all in a sexual manner. Is there anyway to find out if I was to bring her to her doctor or the ER? My daughter has never liked her father changing her diaper since around 12 months. She will fight, scream, throw up and is ok with someone else doing it. We thought nothing of it because she has spd, which is a sensory issue. Many children who have it don’t like diaper changes. Then she started having an odor and I even asked her doctor about it, when she looked she was all read down there, so they gave us cream for it. She has had 4-6 yeast infections, many blisters and rashes down there even with creams and Rx creams. She doesn’t like anyone, like a male touching her. I am thinking now something may have happen with her and her father. I would have never thought that after being with him 9 yrs but I have kicked him out, put a restraining order on him and filed for full custody and have temp full custody right now with him having no visits with her not for what I believe happen but for walking in on him masturbating to our 13 yr old nieces fully clothes school photos and baby pictures of our daughter. I would love to kill him and so would so many others. Then we found out he was with a 15 yr old and possibly touched a 12 yr old sister of a friend of his. I am worried he may have done something to my daughter because now she is ok with men, its only been a month, he hasn’t cried for him, she looks at his pic and says no dada and puts her hands in her diaper area, this is witnessed by many not just me. She is also now going to my uncles and cousins and father whom she never would go to, she was so scared of men. I know a lot had to do with the fact it was an abusive relationship but I worry it may have been more t do with something else. If you were me and this was the symptoms would you call and have her looked at? If so how long, do you think they can tell by, it’s been a month since he hasn’t been near her almost.      All signs point to yes, your daughter was more than likely molested by your husband. That is incredibly unfortunate, and men with that mentality need serious help. The first step you need to do is talk to the police. It's hard to do interviews with children- even today there is still research being done on how to properly interview a child so as to not "sway" their answers with manipulative questions. Most interviewers will use pictures or dolls to help young children portray their feelings or what happened.

     Secondly, you need to get your daughter to a professional counselor ASAP. Letting this go untreated could result in serious mental conditions later, things as simple as commitment issues in personal/familial relationships to suicide. I have several friends who have been molested as children and it has seriously affected their lives. They have trouble both touching and being touched by people, let alone men. It's not uncommon for these people to develop strains of mental disorders, such as Obsessive-Compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Most of these disorders manifest during late teenage years because of either exposure to severe circumstances or not being able to deal with existing feelings.

     If this goes untreated, the memories and symptoms will not simply "disappear." Many times children end up blocking the specific memories but will feel alone and depressed for reasons they don't understand. Certain situations may trigger a fear response or terror, and she will have no way of understanding why she feels this way. Hypnosis would bring out the event later under professional guidance, and then who knows what her reaction would be. Some women resort to thumb-sucking and complete "infantile" behavior (acting the age they were when molested) until they receive professional help dealing with the recovered memory.

     A child counselor would help your daughter cope with these issues and "throw them away," so to say. She may always hate her father, but this will teach her to trust again, and will surely help with other issues that might arise in the future. She will not feel so alienated and alone, and possibly sick.

   Growing up my grandmother?
   abused all her kids and her grandkids....She was an alcoholic and drug addicts of all sorts...I remember growing up my grandmother doing things to me that was disgustting..I remeber this one vivid she made me eat feses out the toliet(not even mines) she kept beating cause I wouldnt till I did it was a broom stick I still got the mark on my leg..

   I remember one time being on top of her(I was like 6 or 7) and my cousin and aunt saw me they said look at her, look at her.. and that's that's. I remeber I was like 11 years old I got a yeast infection she ask me to put the tube in for me.. I said NO, I CAN DO IT MYSELF.. so many other coincidences with her and my body being violated. When I got older she kept puttting me in mental hospitals but lying to them on her behalf. She use to always say White men and Puerto Rican men rape their little girls and kiss them in the mouth.. One did I was in the mental hospital she came to visit me, when she was leaving she wanted to kiss my lips. I said no, she flagged me and said I didn't want to kiss you.

     I am glad to hear that you feel much better... but shouldn't you report all this to the law. They might be able to help someone , like prevent it from been done to someone else.
     You might be able to write a book and make some money from this story or sell the story to a writer.

4. QUESTION:
   Nine year old girl with hygiene issues?
   I am engaged to a single dad of three children, one of them being a nine year old girl. The mother was very neglectful of all three of the children, especially of the daughter, who at three years old was still in diapers, so the biological Mom is not in the picture anymore. My fiance has been a single dad for five years now and his daughter still sucks her thumb, and refuses to wash her hair, body, wipe herself after using the toilet, etc. How do I go about getting her to take better care of herself? I have tried bribes, threats, everything under the sun, but she thinks it's funny to stink like a foot or unwashed backside. I have talked to my fiance several times about the hygeine issue as I am concerned about her getting yeast infections/Urinary Tract Infections and so on. I think since he is a man he is possibly embarrassed to talk to her himself so he comes across as not taking me seriously when I address these issues. Do I drop the subject completely and hope that she will stop sucking her thumb and start taking care of herself or do I wait until the school calls complaining that she is smelling like a dirty, unwashed bottom? I'm pulling out my hair here!
   The reason why I am asking this question is because I do not feel that this is age appropriate behavior for a girl. My nine year old daughter does not behave this way at all, and another reason why I worry about the thumb sucking especially is because my step daughter does not use toilet paper to wipe after urinating OR passing a BM, which in turn makes her backside itch. She then scratches her crack and then SUCKS her thumb, which to me is equivalent to EATING POOP...which could cause her to contract any number of diseases, one of which being Hepatitus.
   I have taken her out to buy special soaps for her, painted her fingernails, toes, done her hair in the mornings before school to show her how pretty hair can be when it is taken care of, and made a big deal out of it when I saw her wash her hair, wipe her bottom, etc...I have not punished her for something she was never taught to do in the first place, and I refuse to go that route anyway. I'll keep plugging along but I'm starting to think it may come down to other kids telling her at school that she stinks. Thanks alot for the suggestions everyone!

     If you don't say or do anything she will find out the hard way through the children in her class. My younger siblings are like this and are finally starting to change there habits because they are 13 now and other children are being honest with them. They are going to listen to what there peer group says because they don't want to lose there friends. My siblings where like this for years and never got any major disease. Her immune system is probably pretty good anyways since she has been exposing herself to this stuff for awhile. I would suggest telling her what she needs to know and leaving the stuff around for her buy her some deodorant and give her access to the stuff. So that if she doesn't change through you when people start making fun she will have the things to change.

5. QUESTION:
   Guardian ad Litem is being biased?
   I have a premature 7 month old baby that has special needs. The father has not been involved and his mom is paying for him to serve me. He doesn't care to know about what to work on with him developmentally, doesn't know what he eats, when, how much, all he does is come over for an hour and play with him. I try to advice him on what to do and what he needs but he says he doesn't need to know cause he's raised a child before. His exes apparently yet he knows nothing about the basics. The other day I took picture proof of neglect on a diaper change he did. My son would of ended up with a diaper rash or even yeast infection. I met the GAL once 3 months ago for an hour in her office. My ex calls her frequently and she does not return my phone calls. In 6 months, my ex still has not filed a parenting plan, financial statement, or the discovery report. He's pretty much a ghost. I got a letter the other with the guardian suggesting overnights with the father. Any suggestions??

     Go back to court and file to get new guardian appointed. If you haven't already I would suggest getting a lawyer to help you.
